
TRAINING VS COACHING
What is coaching? What is the difference between coaching and training?
Coaching is a free service offered by DYO Fitness Club. Coaching is simply having someone show you around the gym, introducing you to the equipment, and providing basic instruction on how to use the treadmills and cardio equipment. Coaching is something you would expect to get when you join, but surprising is not offered by most gyms. Our Coaching even provides basic advice on nutrition and weight loss. Coaching is available anytime, however as a new member you get 1 week of dedicated coaching as provided in the 7/3 Success Program.
Training on the other hand is a paid service offered by DYO Fitness Club. Training is personal and goal oriented. Training is having a certified training coach set-up, instruct, and monitor your workouts. Training workouts can either be one-on-one with a fitness coach, or in a semi-private or large group setting. Training is designed to maximize your efforts while in the gym, providing for safe and lasting results. Every member can request a free training session any time, however, as a new member you are entitled to 1weeks of free FITx training as part of the 7/3 Success Program.
